Lavinia’s Secret Recipe offers undeniably delicious food with reasonable prices.

The moment you enter the resto, you can immediately feel the cool retro vibe because of the lights and cool music. The staff all has the same aura that perfectly fits the whole place. When we took our seats the waiter gave us a menu book in which were filled with authentic and dectable choices that are very unique and are not usually found in other restaurants in Tugugegarao City. 

We ordered one serving of garlic parmesan paire with mash potatoes and gravy. The garlic parmesan was seasoned perfectly. It truly made our mouths water because of its crispiness on the outside and tenderness on the inside.

The food price was definitely worth it because with no less than 300 pesos the quantity of food served was unbelievably large.There’s no negative comment we can say about the overall service and taste of the food because we were very satidfied with the hospitability and quality of service given to us by the restaurant.
