It must be the hungriness that led us to try Ceasar salad. Ceasar salad is one of the top selling food in the place. It is a mixture of lettuce, tomatoes, corn kernels, croutons, Chicken west, chicken breast, parmesan and bacon bits served with Ceasar plating. We waited 20  minutes before it was served to us. It was really satisfying. The texture of the food was perfect. And it is paired with a mixed-flavoured mayonnaise sauce. The chicken above the plating is tender. No bones and ready to eat. It tastes good. The lettuce is fresh – very crunchy. As we are going to a take a bite on the lettuce, it is best when we eat it together with the tomato and dipped it on the sauce. Perfect combination. The corns added more flavour to the salad. Ceasar Salad is indeed a great food to try. It can be paired with any food ordered. The great thing about caesar salad is that it has so much flavour and it pairs well with almost anything from Homemade Pasta Sauce to a perfect steak dinner! Plus, it is affordable too. Before Lavianias, we would only eat lettuce—everything else, we hated. Then we tried their Ceasar Salad, and all I can say is this: if you hate vegetables, this place is going to change your mind. 

Ambiance

In the middle of the busy streets, we found this resto bar. Lavinia’s Secret Recipe is undeniably became my favoriterestaurants (and my friends’ too) here in Tuguegarao after we had eaten there. The area is a bit small but it was clean. The interior design is the best. Perfect for night out. Based on the surroundings in that room, they may love arts. There is a side of the wall wherein it has drawings of different kinds of food and some writings such as Lavinia. The place is not like other restobar we’ve been into. In here, it is more casual and doesn’t look like a bar despite the liquors in the counter. Thus, the place is perfect for good meals and delicious food experience.

Service

Lets talk about their service. There is two waiter on that place, they are fine but there is one thing from them that irritates us and it is because there is something on their ears. Nevertheless, they don’t know to entertain customers because as we arrived there and sit immediately, no one comes and give us the menu. It takes awhile before they actually did. The waiter don’t even know what’s their best-selling food, and all we asked to him cannot be answered by himself only. He seeks answers to their manager. The waiter don’t even smile while he talks and serves us the food we ordered. But we had the chance to talk to the owner, He is a chef and he is very friendly. He even guide us in choosing what food to order. He made sure that the food we ordered is good. The owner is very accommodating and experts in this field.
